Hasmik Djoulakian has a background in project management and social services, with particular focus on education and the prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Hasmik taught English to college students in Armenia as a Fulbright scholar after graduating from Syracuse University with Bachelor’s degrees in Women’s and Gender Studies, Citizenship and Civic Engagement, and English. She has worked as an educator with Vera House, a domestic violence support agency in Syracuse, NY. Prior to joining The Learning Agency, Hasmik worked as a Consultant with RAINN.
