The Learning Agency was founded in 2017 by Ulrich Boser. Boser, a researcher and author of the books Learn Better and The Leap: The Science of Trust and Why it Matters, sought to use his expertise in the learning sciences, policy, and philanthropy to increase opportunities for all students by supporting organizations with a similar vision, at scale.
Boser launched The Learning Agency as a mission-centered consulting firm that combines content area expertise in education with the organizational know-how to actualize that knowledge into tangible solutions.
What started as a small and scrappy team has now expanded to a diverse group of educators, researchers, policy experts, and strategists working across time zones and projects. With a growing team, The Learning Agency has retained its entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to take on exciting work with clients that share our commitment to educational progress. We’re proud of our clients and our work – and we have a big vision for the future of education.
