Ioanna has long maintained a passion for education and youth empowerment. In previous roles, she has supported various nonprofit organizations based both in the US and in Egypt with communications, fundraising, partnership engagement, event planning, and project administration.

Ioanna holds a BA in Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies, with a focus on Middle East studies, from Columbia University and an MPA, with a concentration in nonprofit management, from The American University in Cairo.
