Makenzie Hanson is passionate about working in mission-driven spaces where she uses her program management, communication, and critical thinking skills to work towards a world where more people thrive. She has worked with different non-governmental organizations in Kenya and the US, focusing on female empowerment and environmental sustainability.

Makenzie got her Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Minerva University, with a concentration in politics, psychology, and economics.
