Maya Anderson is passionate about working in mission-driven spaces, where she leverages her program management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills to support initiatives that improve learning outcomes and generate meaningful impact. She has worked with organizations across the U.S., focusing on youth participation in policy, education, and human rights.

Maya earned her Master’s in Human Rights and Politics from the London School of Economics, where her dissertation examined how teenagers should contribute to the creation of international children’s rights law. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University, which informs her work at the intersection of human behavior, policy, and education.
