Mehtab Ali has a background in education and program management. She has worked with a nonprofit organization on early childhood programs in order to increase equity and access to quality early learning experiences.

Prior to joining The Learning Agency, she worked as a teacher in the Houston area. Mehtab earned a BS in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
