Melia Sandler brings experience in communications strategy, marketing and media outreach, healthcare, and business development. She worked for more than a decade as a print journalist covering education, local government, and business for the Orlando Sentinel, Associated Press, Philadelphia Inquirer, St. Petersburg Times, and others. She then began work in the nonprofit healthcare sector as a Communications Director overseeing national marketing campaigns, media outreach, and stakeholder engagement with federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.
She has consulted for a variety of clients nationwide including public universities, trade associations, and businesses. Seven years ago she launched a passion project in her spare time and founded her own photography business. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida.
