Rachel Myers is an educational researcher with a background in assessment and language education. They are passionate about developing evidence-based pedagogical tools and practices that support all learners, particularly those who are marginalized. At The Learning Agency, they contribute research and evaluation insights to projects including the Tools Competition and the Learning Engineering Virtual Institute.

Rachel holds an M.S in Applied Linguistics from Georgetown University and B.A.s in Linguistics and Spanish from the University of Rochester. They live in Washington, DC.
