Yueying brings experience in writing, interviewing, and communications. She has been working on a team that is creating and developing nonprofit community projects, including a documentary service provided free of charge for those who want to preserve their family history for future generations. She has also worked with an education nonprofit in implementing literacy programs in rural China.

Yueying received a BA in English and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
