Jennifer Hrynkiw has extensive experience in finance, operations, and performance optimization. She has deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, compliance, organizational design, project management and leading high-performance teams.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience, including several leadership roles at Deloitte. She led both the US West Region and Canadian Controller practices, and the financial operations of all consulting projects. She began her career in Canada, working in the non-profit sector and as an educator, receiving her degree in Education from the University of Toronto.
