Jules has a strong background in research, development, and project management. Prior to joining the Learning Agency, she worked in different analyst roles across the federal, state, and non-profit sectors. Her work has informed the heads of government agencies and has even been included in the Presidential Daily Briefing.

Jules found her passion for education while advocating for student veteran and career counseling programs at UNC Wilmington, where she received her B.A in Criminology and Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience.
